Shipping Policy:
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Methods: We offer reliable shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery, to domestic locations. Currently we do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Shipping Time: Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
- Shipping Rate & Delivery: *All shipments are sent from Los Angeles, CA. Orders ship between Monday through Fridays excluding federal holidays.
- Standard Shipping: Transit time - 3 to 5 Business days Cost: $8.95
- Rush Shipping: Transit time - 1 to 3 Business days. Cost: $35
VIADELLEROSE Return Policy:

1. Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items such as personalized, custom-made, or final sale items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
2. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of $9 will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of processing returns and restocking the items.
3. Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@vdrus.com to initiate the return process.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
- Include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the $9 restocking fee.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@vdrus.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by VIADELLEROSE.
6. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, contact us at support@vdrus.com
